IISER Bhopal, India invites applications for Project Scientist-B Position

                                                                             

The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Bhopal is a premier institute dedicated to research and teaching in the basic sciences. The Institute invites applications from Indian nationals for the Project Scientist-B position in the Department of Earth and Environmental Science purely on a contract basis.

Position:  Project Scientist-B

Project Title: “Permanent sequestration of gigatons of CO2 in continental margin basalt deposits”

Position: One Project Scientist-B

Tenure: The initial offer will be for 1 Year which may be extended, based on performance and mutual interest

Eligibility: PhD in Geochemistry/Inorganic Chemistry.

Desirable: Experience with XRD, XRF, ICPMS, etc. analysis. Background in Chemical Modelling.

Fellowship: Rs. 56,000 p.m. + HRA (18%)
