The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Bhopal is a premier institute dedicated to research and teaching in the basic sciences. The Institute invites applications from Indian nationals for the Research Associate position in the Department of Mathematics purely on a contract basis.

Position:  Research Associate

Area of Research: Stochastic Analysis and its application to stochastic control theory and related field

Tenure: One year (extendable for another year, subject to a satisfactory academic performance in the 1st year).

Eligibility: Ph.D. in Mathematics from a recognized university or an Institute with research interests in Stochastic Analysis.

Fellowship:  The salary will be as per the Institute norms (58,000 – 67000 + HRA).
