NIT Mizoram invites applications for Regular faculty positions spread across various departments

                                                  

Online applications are invited in the prescribed Application Form from Indian Nationals possessing consistently good academic records and requisite qualifications and experience, with a commitment to work, passion for teaching and research, and an inclination towards Institutional Development, for the recruitment of faculty in various departments of NIT Mizoram.

Qualifications: 

Detailed Educational Qualifications, Experience and other criteria for selection shall be as per the Schedule “E” of the Statutes of NITs (Ref. Gazette of India No. 651 dated 24.07.2017), First Statutes of the NITS (Amendment) Statutes, 2023 (Ref. Gazette of India Notification No. F.NO. NITMZ/Estt./88-1/2023/4927(E) dated 05.06.2023), the Central Education Institutions (Reservation in Teachers’ Cadre) Act, 2019 and clarifications received from the MHRD vide F. No. 33-9/2011-TS.III dated 16th April 2019, F.No. 20-2/2022-TS.III dated 27.04.2022 in the Recruitment Rules for Faculty of NITs.

Application Fee: 

• Rs. 1,000.00 (Rupees One Thousand only) for General and OBC 
• Rs. 500.00 (Rupees Five Hundred only) for SC/ST candidates. 
• Women and PWD candidates are exempted from payment of the Application Fee. 

HOW TO APPLY:

The duly filled-in Application Form, in the prescribed format, along with all Supporting Documents and annexures, duly self-attested, must be submitted in soft copy to the Registrar In-Charge, NIT Mizoram (recruitmentfaculty@nitmz.ac.in) on or before 12.12.2024 till 5:00 PM.

• The admissible Application Fee must be remitted online in the following account details and the payment receipt must be sent along with the Application Form.
• Application Form without Payment Receipt will summarily be rejected.
