Title of the Project: Doc-Forensics: Effective Methods for Source Camera Identification of Document Images in Real-World Scenarios
Sponsoring Agency: SCIENCE & ENGINEERING RESEARCH BOARD (SERB)
Tenure: Initial appointment will be for one year, which can be further extended (as per norms), solely based on performance
Qualifications:
(a) Junior Research Fellow (JRF):
Eligibility: M.E./M.Tech in CSE/ECE/IT/AI with 70% Aggregate (7.5 CGPA) or B.E/B.Tech in CSE/ECE/IT with 70% Aggregate (7 .5 CGPA) with GATE/CSIR/UGCNET/DSTINSPIRE/JEST/NBHM or other national exam qualified. MCA/MSc in Comp Sc/Mathematics or equivalent will be considered as equivalent to BTech. SC/ST candidates must have secured a minimum of 55% aggregate score (6.0 CGPA) in the qualifying degree.
Fellowship: 37,000/- PM (as per norms)
(b) Project Assistant:
Eligibility: B.E/B.Tech in CSE/ECE/IT/AI with 70% Aggregate (7 .5 CGPA). MCA/MSc in Comp Sc/Mathematics or equivalent will be considered as equivalent to BTech. SC/ST candidates must have secured a minimum of 55% aggregate score (6.0 CGPA) in the qualifying degree.
Fellowship: 20,000/- PM (as per norms)

Important Notes: An ideal candidate must be:
● Good knowledge of fundamental computer science and Maths subjects such as data structures and algorithms, linear algebra, and probability
● Some hands-on experience with programming is preferable
● Desirable: knowledge and strong interest in deep learning, image processing, and python programming. Motivation for publishing in good journals/conferences
