Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (IIT KGP) invites applications from Indian nationals for the Post-Doctoral Research fellow positions in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering purely on a contract basis.

Position:  Post-Doctoral Fellowship

Principal Investigator: Prof. Sandip Chakraborty

Project Title: PoWear A Wearable Pollution Meter (PWP)

Tenure: 24 Months or the termination of the project, whichever is earlier.

Sponsorship: IIT KHARAGPUR AI4ICPS I HUB FOUNDATION (IIT KHARAGPUR CAMPUS, DIST. PASCHIM MEDINIPUR, KHARAGPUR, Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal, 721302)

Qualification: Ph.D. in CSE/ECE or relevant areas; (those who have submitted the Ph.D. thesis and expected to obtain the degree soon can also apply. However, the candidate must have the Ph.D. degree by the date of joining).

Relevant Experience: Research experience and publication in the area of HCI, Pervasive and Ubiquitous Computing, etc.

Age Limit: The upper age limit is 35 years. Relaxable up to 5 years in the case of SC/ST/OBC/Physically Handicapped / Visually Handicapped and female applicants.

Fellowship:  Upto Rs.80000(depending upon qualification & experience)
